Account Questions

Registering is straightforward. Head to the Register page, fill in your mobile number, choose a strong password, and complete the quick verification step. Your account will be ready within a few minutes and you can make your first deposit right away. Remember, 998pkr is for adults aged 18 and above only.

Do not try guessing your password multiple times — that can trigger a temporary account lock. Instead, contact our support team using the email address shown in the footer. Provide your registered mobile number and we will verify your identity and help you reset your access quickly.

No. Each player is allowed only one active account on 998pkr. Creating multiple accounts is against our terms and conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, contact support instead of registering a new one.

Log in to your account and navigate to the account settings section. Some details can be updated directly. For changes to your registered mobile number or identity information, you may need to contact support to complete a verification step before the update is processed.

Deposit Questions

998pkr supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR, so there is no need to worry about currency conversion or extra fees from your end.

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits are typically credited within seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not shown up after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact our support team with the details.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Log in to your account and check the deposit section for the latest limits. Generally, the platform keeps minimum amounts accessible so players across all budget levels can participate without any hassle.

Withdrawal Questions

Log in to your account, go to the withdrawal section, enter the amount you want to cash out, and select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Make sure your account details are verified before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid any delays.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are generally the quickest. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. If your withdrawal is still pending after 24 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Common reasons include incomplete account verification, an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or incorrect payment details. Review your account status and bonus terms first. If everything looks correct and your request was still declined, get in touch with support for a clear explanation.

Bonus & Promotions Questions

New members at 998pkr are typically welcomed with a deposit bonus on their first top-up. The exact offer changes periodically, so check the Promotions page after you register to see the current welcome deal. Make sure you read the bonus terms before opting in so you understand the wagering requirements.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus winnings as real cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets. Always check the specific terms attached to each promotion.

Many promotions at 998pkr are usable across sports betting including cricket, PSL matches and T20 events. Some offers are casino-specific or slot-specific. Each promotion page clearly states which games or sections the bonus applies to, so read that before you claim.
