01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 998pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of 998pkr — whether through the website at 998pkr.pro or through the mobile app — you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all services offered on 998pkr, including sports betting, live betting, the game lobby, bingo, esports betting, and all promotional offers. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions and those will be made available at the time the promotion is active.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use 998pkr. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are accessing the platform for personal, recreational use only.

998pkr reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended and any winnings withheld pending verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance forfeited.

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing 998pkr voluntarily and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active account suspension on this platform.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.

998pkr does not target minors. If you believe a minor has accessed this platform, please notify our support team immediately.

03 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 998pkr. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all may be suspended and any accumulated balances voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 998pkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Account usernames cannot be changed after registration.
• Email address changes require identity verification.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the platform. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on 998pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name — using another person's payment account is not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of your withdrawal request. 998pkr does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a security measure to reduce the risk of fraud. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Same day in most cases, typically within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• Raast: Same day, subject to interbank processing times.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

998pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. In such cases, the processing time may be extended. You will be notified if this applies to your withdrawal.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact support as soon as possible.

05 Betting Rules and Market Settlement

All bets placed on 998pkr are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a cash-out option is available and you choose to exercise it before the relevant event concludes.

Cricket and PSL markets: Match markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches settled via DLS method are treated as official results. Abandoned matches with no official result will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless a specific alternative settlement rule applies to that market.

• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to platform availability and odds at the moment of acceptance.
• 998pkr reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 998pkr's trading team is final.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day may apply and will be displayed in the relevant market or in your account settings.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

06 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

998pkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and PSL season promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates. General bonus conditions that apply across all 998pkr promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Free bets that do not result in a win do not return the stake amount.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 998pkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused or incomplete bonus wagering after expiry will be forfeited.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may opt out by contacting support before making your qualifying deposit. Bonus funds already credited to your account cannot be removed without forfeiting the bonus balance.

07 Responsible Gaming

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 998pkr and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable :

• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds and taking deliberate advantage of them.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information.

998pkr uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is identified, your account may be suspended while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be paused.

09 Privacy and Data

998pkr collects and processes your personal data in order to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with platform security requirements. The types of data collected include your name, contact details, payment information, and betting activity on the platform.

Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to deliver our services. 10 Limitation of Liability

998pkr provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 998pkr shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors not caused by our negligence.
• Bets that could not be placed or settled due to connectivity issues on your end.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before an account can be closed, all pending bets must be settled and any active withdrawal requests completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

998pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is identified.
• The account fails identity or age verification.
• We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and no response is received to our communications.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, 998pkr reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Changes to These Terms

998pkr may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 998pkr after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the new Terms come into effect.
